Pam Goodwin, principal and founder of Goodwin Commercial, established the company with specific goals in mind: to offer exceptionally high level of customer service and attention to detail she sought to deliver throughout her career in commercial real estate.

Pam has spent the past 20+ years in commercial real estate working in areas of project management, leasing, tenant coordination, development, and construction with companies such as: The Hahn Company, The Greeby Company, MEPC American Properties, Inc., General Growth Properties, Macerich, and Brinker International.

Working on both the landlord and tenant side of commercial real estate has provided her with a crucial understanding of landlord and tenant requirements, which help guide clients to successful results.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Nebraska, earned a Bachelor of Science degree. She is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and currently resides in Lewisville, Texas with her husband and two sons.

Pam is very active member and a former chair of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR) and Deals in Heels.
